From Zimbabwe to South Africa and now thickly settled in Sydney, visual artist
Susanna Mills has a diverse creative skill set to transform your publication,
marketing material or mosaic project.
Airbrushing: Exquisite attention to detail backed by strong illustrative skills and experience, results in a visual fusion on any object or surface that will not fail to make a statement and capture attention.
Illustration: Mills has an artistic skills set which is increasingly rare. This results in original ideas and artworks which will define your product above the noise.
Mosaic: Design skills from working as a graphic designer, combined with artistic skill mean that Mills can translate any idea or concept into a visual explosion of colour, texture and light on any surface. The fact that she is also a much-loved and gifted mosaic tutor, makes participating in a Susie's Studio community mosaic project a highly empowering and meaningful experience.
Cycling: There has never been a time in her life that Susanna has not been on or in close proximity to bicycles. From bombing down dusty bush footpaths through the elephant grass after school in Zimbabwe, to cycle commuting for university and to work at Johannesburg ad. agencies. Mills became a champion mountain biker and the founding editor of RIDE Magazine in South Africa. She is currently a member of the 2015 Jet Black MTB Race Team, and would love to see more people in gorgeous Galston getting out of their cars and cycling to school, to work or to do their grocery errands...
